1. Is there a difference in bookmarks for the different occasions?
Yes, there is a difference between the Memorials and the other occasions.
The Memorial bookmarks include a border, symbol and poem along with the newspaper announcement. You can personalize the Memorial Bookmark by adding a photograph or different poem at an additional charge.
The bookmarks for the other occasions include a border, symbol, photograph and the newspaper announcement. You can personalize these bookmarks by adding a poem, wedding vows or song at an additional charge.

2. What is the minimum order?
There is a minimum order of 6 bookmarks.

3. What is the size of the bookmarks?
The bookmarks vary in size. The length of the newspaper announcement and the photo all impact the size of the bookmark. The average size of the Memorial Bookmarks is 2.5" wide and 9 inches long. The average size of the other bookmarks is 2.5" wide by 8" long.

4. How do I add a photo?
There are several ways to send us a photograph.
- On the online order form, there is a place to upload the photo. The preferred format is .jpg. We can also accept .bmp, .gif, or .png in this upload function. Or --
- Email the photo in .jpg, .tif, .bmp, .gif, or .png to
bookmarks@telegram.com. Or --
- Mail original photo (it will be returned with completed order) to:

5. How do I send you a custom poem or verse?
- On the online order form, there is an announcement text box. You can cut and paste the text into this box. Or --

6. How long will it take my order to arrive?
Regular orders take 2-3 weeks. We do have a rush option, which gets the order to you in 3-5 business days. The rush option has an additional $20.00 charge so we can send the order with expedited shipping.
